Sure to be a long-term hit with Japanese anglers. There are suction cups underneath which are simply pushed against a smooth surface then tightened by winding in the top of the holder (and wound out to release the cup). Will hold up to 30kg of weight. As you can see in the images above, the simplicity of sticking them almost anywhere is what really makes the product.
